The 2019 HDBaseT Alliance Stand-in-a-Stand Offer

At the largest tradeshows in our industry, the HDBaseT Alliance advances the HDBaseT world and strengthens our members’ brands. This is the essence of the HDBaseT Zone, the space available at the HDBaseT Alliance booth, where you can have your own stand to promote your HDBaseT offerings.
Stand-in-a-Stand program benefits:

In 2019, we will hold three HDBaseT Zones: ISE 2019, InfoComm China 2019, and InfoComm International 2019.
The Stand-in-a-Stand program includes:
- A 2x2 sq.m. (43 sq.ft) or 2x3 sq.m. (65 sq.ft) demo area, including a table top or counter so you can showcase your latest HDBaseT solutions and collaterals
- Build-up and tear-down services
- Brand & logo exposure
- Access to the booth meeting room and open sitting area, with refreshments
- Electricity, WiFi, booth cleaning services
- Pre- and post-event promotional campaigns
- Lead Scanner/Mobile App
- Co-exhibitor registration fee as required by show organizers included in the package
- Participation in the HDBaseT Academy educational sessions, to promote your solutions
- Joint Press Release promoting your participation at the event and solutions being presented

Even if you have a booth at any of these events, participation in the Stand-in-a-Stand initiative is very beneficial in terms of increased exposure for your brand, for a minimal cost of participation.

Terms and Conditions
1.1 Stand Selection Prioritization:
Participation is on a first come-first served basis, as space is limited. Space selection shall be performed by the following order: HDBaseT Board members and Contributor members by signing up and first payment confirmation; Adopter members by signing up and payment confirmation.
Allocation of stands within the HDBaseT Alliance booth:
Promoter and Contributor members will have priority in central location.
Between each membership level (Promoters, Contributors, Adopters) allocation will be on a first come-first served basis.
1.2 Payment Terms for the Stand-in-Stand program:
- Payment for the Stand-in Stand Program can be split into two payments or paid in full, as follows:
Split Payment:
First payment: 30% payment upon registration.
Second payment: 70% payment within up to 90 days from the registration date, OR within 60 days from the first chosen event date, whichever is earlier.
Full payment:
100% payment in the event the member registered within 60 days or less before the first chosen event date.
- Payment will be done by wire transfer to the HDBaseT Alliance bank account. The details in relation to the wire transfer shall be included in the in the invoice that shall be sent to you by the HDBaseT Alliance, following confirmation of your booking.
- It is agreed and acknowledged that any and all payments in relation to the Stand-in Stand program are non-refundable.
1.3 Booking Confirmation:
- Booking of a member's registration to the Stand-in-Stand program will be confirmed by HDBaseT Alliance upon receipt of confirmation email, to be issued by the HDBaseT Alliance within up to 5 (five) business days from the registration date.
- Upon confirmation of the booking by HDBaseT Alliance in accordance with section 4.3 (i), payments for the Stand-in-Stand program shall become due and payable by the member; payments are non-refundable.
- The HDBaseT Alliance may at its discretion cancel at any time a confirmed booking if it has grounds to suspect that the information provided herein is fraudulent or may harm the HDBaseT Alliance in any manner, or if one of the payments dates is not met and is not paid within 7 additional business days. (The HDBaseT Alliance will send payment reminder and past due notification before such cancellation).
3. Transferring booking rights between members or other parties:
- Booking is non-transferable.
